St. Peter’s Basilica

Last year I did a surprise trip to my wife and I took her to Rome, I was in the process of changing camera, I sold my 5D and didn’t have my Sony yet so on this trip I decided to give a try with the Sony RX 100 MKIII, very little camera with a Zeiss 24-70 lens, overall this camera for the size is a beast, there are a few things here and there I don’t love, and photos at night suffered more with image quality, but overall a camera I recommend, I assume the new Sony RX IV and V will be even better so have a look 🙂 On this shot we had walked around 20km during the day and we were dead tired, we were supposed to go back to the hotel but I “dragged” my wife for some more shoots just before we call in the night, I didn’t have normal tripod with me so I didn’t have a chance to try this shoot from other angles, hopefully in the near future I can return to Rome to shoot the way it deserves 🙂
